Book ahead to access the restaurant, even after the beach is closed to the public at 8 pm. Head Chef Thanos Kakaras, who also helms the other restaurants of the group (Papillon in Psychico, Dock and 1937 at the Vouliagmeni Nautical Club) crafts a menu that seared to perfection.
